TEW Galleries is pleased to feature Brian Rutenberg in his 6th Solo exhibition.
Nationally acclaimed, Brian Rutenberg has spent 40 years honing a distinctive method of compressing the rich color and form of his native coastal South Carolina into complex landscape paintings that imbue material reality with a deep sense of place. Inspired by artists like Gregory Amenoff, Joan Mitchell and Hans Hofmann, Brian Rutenberg executes paintings that embrace spirituality, love of color, and a passion for paint. Although nature continues to be the major theme in his paintings, each of his works shows a brand new approach and vision.
Brian Rutenberg's artworks will be on view from October 20-November 24th.
